Natasha Heidler & Richard Heeps
Acclaimed contemporary photographers Richard Heeps and Natasha Heidler have collaborated to create a stunning, limited edition print collection which is a celebration of the iconic vinyl record and analogue technology which reflects the artist’s practice within photography. Both artists favour classic, traditional, photographic processes and techniques, eschewing the contemporary digitalisation of the image for a mesmerising and lasting aesthetic. Vibrant colours mingle with ethereal qualities, symbols and motifs float across the surface of the image, while bold composition emphasises the vinyl object. Heidler has developed her own dichromatic approach, beautifully merging photograph with photogram. Both have exhibited internationally and have a cult following from all corners of the globe. Heeps has exhibited at, amongst others, the Photographer’s Gallery, London and Kettles Yard, Cambridge. He has also appeared in The Times, The Independent, and The British Journal of Photography.
