Ken lives in Brancaster Staithe, a stones throw from the harbour and salt-marsh creeks that provide much of the subject matter for his big sky, big brush coastal watercolours. Ken has tutored in residential watercolour courses for the National Trust, he was commissioned to paint a watercolour of the Kings Lynn Custom House by the Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council which was presented to the late Queen Mothers to celebrate her 100th birthday.
Ken's life as an artist has also featured on "Arts report" and "a date with Helen" for Anglia TV, he takes part in numerous mixed exhibitions through the year and also hosts his own one man show annually in Brancaster Staithe at the end of May and into early June. This year, (2008) he's exhibiting at Picturecraft in Holt all year
