John Tuck, locally born and a self taught artist, has an abiding love for his native area and seeks to depict it in all its natural beauty. John paints in retirement, having spent many years with Norfolk County Library. His paintings portray a nautical interest, where the peace and tranquillity of a sheltered muddy creek rests beneath a golden sky. The hustle and bustle of the quay at Wells-Next-The-Sea is a particular favourite subject.

John has been exhibiting at the Picturecraft Gallery for many years and has always been a sought after artist with a defined style and sympathetic pallet of colour in his work.

Althogh John will not be exhibiting his work will still be availabe to view by appointment within the Gallery.
