TERMS FOR THE  ORIGINAL TRANSFER OF WORK OF ART BETWEEN

(1)        THE SELLERS:  PICTURECRAFT GALLERY LIMITED acting for and on behalf of MICHELLE AND KEITH WILLIAMSON for their son KIERON WILLIAMSON (“the Artist”); and

(2)        THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER:  The person whose name and address are set out on the specification annexed to these terms (“the Specification”).

WHEREAS the Artist has created a certain work of art details of which are set out in the Specification (hereinafter “the Work”) which the Original Purchaser has agreed to buy and the Sellers have agreed to sell in accordance with these terms and as set out in the Specification (“the Contract”)
